About Me
I’m Rosie Ettinger, a graduate student in Classical Chinese Medicine and Culinary Nutrition at the University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
My work is shaped by my own experience living with chronic illness—learning, over time, how to listen to my body and move at its pace. That process continues to teach me that healing isn’t something we force. It becomes possible when we’re ready to meet ourselves honestly, in the present, and stay in relationship with what’s there.
I offer a trauma-informed, inclusive space for people—especially those who haven’t felt seen in conventional wellness spaces. My work weaves together modern nutrition and Eastern medicine to support healing that is steady, intuitive, and rooted in everyday life.
I’m currently completing my clinical training and not yet accepting clients, but I invite you to learn alongside me through my blog, where I share nourishing recipes, reflections, and practices from my journey.
